    What happens when the fever is at its peak. You make decoy set configurations!!!

    Red X = FB
    Black X = Sock
    Orange O = Floater

    :)

    LOL. The full scale version is finally being deployed this weekend in NW Missouri.

    Best water/field spread I've ever hunted over was 2 lines of decoys. 1 line along the water/bank, a gap, then another line that ran parallel to the first. Birds would fly the "runway" and be in perfect range.

    Wind Direction when looking at diagram is:

    Left = South
    Right = North
    Top = West
    Bottom = East

    Our best winds are generally anything with "West" in them.............West, Southwest, Northwest (no particular order). A North or South is fine too but prefer with a little West as it works with the big open expanse of field that goes to the East from our blind. Gives them a big runway to work with and the reason for the lines of decoys running NE (for SW wind) and SE (for NW Wind). They almost always work up those lines and into the hole for us.

    Marshmob.............thanks for the offer but we already have 2 ice eaters and the electric panel to plug into.

    I hope to get the drone out soon and capture a few photos of the set. Will try to get posted up.........will see how well my diagram works out :)

    Good luck.
