Finally a good hunt

    Was able to get out this morning and finally get a good hunt in. No other hunters seen which is odd because the ducks are finally here big time using the backwater. Even shot a black / mallard hybrid.

    Can't wait to get after them again tomorrow.

    Most excellent! Out here it seemed to be the year of the black. Lots of hybrids too. Slow on mallards.
