    I've spent about 4 grand on my teeth because of steel shot, sooner or later it will catch up to you. I wish I would of paid more attention before to it.

    What kind of wand?

    I have used the microwave method until yesterday when we planted a bb into a bowl of goose breasts, turned it on and there were no sparks :scratch

    Decided that we need something that works all of the time.

    The problem with magnets is... it has to be a fairly powerful magnet.. I've used those Neodymium magnets for other things and thought "yeah, this will do the trick" only to scan both goose legs and breasts and still later on find steel shot among that which I checked..

    Does this device work reliably for you? Seems like an inexpensive route...
