    Thanks K, we have had good numbers of bufflehead for about three weeks. Not really noticing a bunch of anything else new locally. I was in Hatteras this weekend and the number of ducks on Pea Island NWR is astounding. It is not a big refuge but I would guess they are holding on the high side of 10,000 birds. Pintail, Gadwall, shovelers, Swan, and teal (in that order). Also saw the first two groups of snow geese down there I've seen all year.

    Drove around for a couple hours this am and zero birds around.

    With the full moon, they can feed all night and sleep all day, just like the deer are doing right now.

    Haven't seen anything in my spots. Seen some geese but they're out this week. It will suck until it gets really nasty up north and then you might shoot a few. All calendar ducks are long gone.

    Geese heading south this afternoon good numbers

    Saw swans, Geese and ducks all over the peninsula today. Each group was holding signs that read, "We will be gone before Saturday morning". Perfect!

    Plenty of geese. Too bad they get a pass in til the 22nd

    Honk FN Honk...goose population in my area has doubled in last two days!
    Heard/saw high flying swans and canadas migrating south this am, 10-10:30.

    We want ducks right now K, Geese are not even in picture yet...and you know what's coming...every one will have geese in their decoys this week end!
