Thanks David, I would like to be the first post.... hehe BTW - My favorite way to roast up a goose is with a stuffing of red apples, celery pieces, sage, celery salt, thyme and crumbled bread mixed up with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper. Cover the breast with orange slices and bacon and put 1" of water in bottom of roaster pan. Cook until the inside of breast in still just a touch pink, basting every 20 minutes with the drippings from the bottom of the pan. Enjoy!!
