Correct. And to be fair, I'm willing to go to a new and far away place and get skunked, and return again and again until I get it done. I'm self employed and have lots of time a very little money.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Just want people to have real expectations. I don’t believe in mistreating my fellow man for my entertainment.

And that is fine....I misunderstood pukeko's "week before" comment.

But, It still does not negate the FACTS when you look at the FWC's data sheets... Plenty of Mottled ducks taken on the STA's...
And the OP will be with a seasoned STA guy...he'll get his bird.

Mission accomplished. Had to wait 20 minutes. Quackerduck with his bird after three trips to Florida.

Okeechobee Super Slam - public hunting at its finest!! Great way to end the season on the last day. 204 birds in 23 hunts. And I thought I was getting old. Be safe all and see you in a marsh sometime.

    Nice work Matt...
We had a good season but had to work at it. My local WMA was a real let down due to water issues...I shot the only limit there yesterday...Joey came in after work at 9:40 and got close..5 and lost his 6th bird.
