    Most browsers will allow you to change settings for plug ins, and chrome is user friendly, and will block forced redirects. If you need to download a new version of the browser, a safe site is filehippo for browser and antivirus and antimalware software.

    Never had an issue on home computer but have on cell phone. It did go away for a while but restarted this week.
