I'm getting a low vibration that is more felt than heard and it seems to be coming from the passenger side front.

I thought it could be a tire balance issue, but I just had new wheels/tires installed and it is still there. Oddly I only feel it at 60mph, not below and not above.

    Any clue?

Bent wheel (especially probable if it's steel not alloy)

Tires over inflated enough that you can feel the seam in the wheel. Especially if you went to load range E from passenger tires.

Take it back and have them use the "high speed" balancer on it.

    A bad tire. It happens.

That is what I thought, but the issue existed before and after new wheels and tires were put on. All work done at dealership.
