Fresh smoking jerky

    I started curing my duck and goose while fresh. Saves room in the freezer and tastes better. In the picture is a one day limit of cacklers and ducks.

    Details would be cool, like how it is cured. how it is seasoned. and how its jerked. you know we might like to give it a try your way. looks good.
