take on big can swansons chick broth. 49.5 oz can. add the rest to broth. 1-2 cup dry white wine to taste. 2-3 bay leaf. 6-10 pepper corns. 2 tsp garlic powder. spices to taste. (what you like.) Add at the last 30 min carrots sliced to 1/3 in. to an amount of your liking. add at the last 15 min the following. Chinese noodles. celery 1/2 of the green onions in the last 5 min add, zucini in 1/4's mushrooms. the other 1/2 green onion. and other vegies to your liking. serve just under boiling at real hot with the last veggies just hot. Variation: add grilled chicken/duck/ goose/ pork shreded and added to soup just a minute before serving to bring up temp of real hot.
