I love bacon too. Wonder what he’s trying to mask the taste of with all that bacon?
I guess I just love the taste of waterfowl. I can throw any duck on the Forman grill and take it off while it's still pink and I'm good. No seasoning at all.
We had half and half with bacon me personally like it without but the wife likes it with so have to compromise

Try some Greek seasoning it’s pretty good also not as salty
