scouted today no birds left
On Deerpoint? If so your looking in the wrong places lol
Scouted entire lake. A few birds but not any numbers better hunting in the bay.
I hunted saturday morning and shot 3 woodies and 5 ringnecks between two people.
What time of the day are you out there scouting around? What are yall doing out in the bay?
Where is this lake? I'm getting pumped about leaving Korea, and even more excited about getting to Florida. You guys are making me jealous. The duck hunting here would be outstanding. I've seen huge flocks of ducks flying over the flightline.
It is in Bay county about 2hrs from where you are being stationed. Specifically it is in Southport, between Hwy 231 and Hwy 77 the easiest way is off 2321. There are quite a few landings you just have to find it and scout around. Here is southport on yahoo maps.

I'm going to be using a sneak boat. Will it be safe enough?
Should be, just go scout around and try and find some birds. Are you going to try and hunt before it goes out on the 28th? I am going to go next weekend, pm me and I will let you know if there are any birds in my spot so you don't have to drive all the way over here and waste an afternoon
I don't leave Korea until Feb. 1. By the time deer season rolls around, it will have been 3 years since I killed a deer.
