I don't wear much fur but my fiancee does. In fact I took up trapping because I told her it was the only way I can keep her in mink! I'm saving fur and will probably get a few items made at some point. What I really want is a pair of skunk fur gauntlet mittens, but I'm hesitant to set for skunk.

I trapped this coyote about two weeks ago. I'm getting a garment quality soft tan done on it and will probably just hang it from the wall, but it could be made into a hat or something as well.

Get her a skunk coat to go with the mittens. Maybe even a hat. Guaranteed to get her to front of the line at the any store she goes to. Skunk fur is actually soft and silky. At a fur fashion show during a trappers convention one of the models was wearing her skunk fur coat. She skinned all of the skunks in the coat.

Always wanted a knee length Yote or Red Fox coat made back in the days. One of the ladies in my town back at the time said that I would need at least 25 too 30 furs of each to get the right fur to match up for the coat for her to make them. Wish I would have done it!!!

Those are awesome, significantly more bad azz than leaving the claws on my mink mittens I have to say.

A duckskin hat like that could work out well for duck hunting from pit blinds....

It comes out for protest marches only, of course.

My grandfather had a beaver coat. Maybe from the 40s(?). Thing was awesome.
I've always said I'd like to wear one. But I'm 6'7" so that coat is going to get me:
    a) Arrested for pimping or
    b) Shot for being Sasquatch.

So no fur coats for me.
