Could a guy get a dui with this?
You can get one on a bike or sailboat, I guess the answer would be yes.
What's even more messed up... I live 8 miles from freedom to dual-pull all the way to Kansas. Ardmore cops would have a field day... I have a way around it, but I'm too lazy to do it.
Sailboat I understand because they have motors, but a bike? Link please!
Yea, park your boat/camper/whatever at your buddy's house who lives just over the state line. Problem with that is, I wouldn't trust any of my buddies to use my **** and not tear it up. Of course the other option is to rent a space, but I'm too cheap for that.
No motor on the sailboat my friend got a DUI on.
It ain't them... stuff round here just seems to grow legs and walk off at night.
Appears the penalty for biking under the influence varies widely by state. That's crazy that a DUI was issued on a sailboat with no motor... wonder if a guy could get a DUI for operating a rickshaw while drunk
(But according to a recent 'Fuge thread, only black people are implicated in property theft )
Yeah, but that's just because we're all racists.
