Any one know of any golden retriever litters? My lab is 7 years old, so I'm thinking it's about time to look into puppies.

If your dead set on a Golden and care about a good hunting dog I would highly recommend Treiven-Sungold in Wyoming. My buddy has an 8 year old Golden Male from there that is without a doubt the best nose I have seen. He goes out of his way to get into ice water and consistently will spend three day weekends not losing a bird. He is outstanding!! IMHO it would be worth the wait to get inline for a pup from a litter out there. If you're interested I can get the Sire/Dam info from my buddy. Also forgot to mention he is a beautiful dog. It' getting harder and harder to find true hunting bred Goldens.

Thanks the suggestion. I’ll look into them. It really is hard to find golden litters. We’ve had 2 and both were great hunting dogs and even better family dogs, which is what we’re looking. Labs are awesome too.

Love them both. Goldens seem to want more attention but have better nose. Labs farts are worse.

This is Murry, one of their pups, in training.

I see lots of Marsh Mops at Hunt Tests.
By far, the best I ever see are from "Gold N Guns"
(Rick and Louise Roberts) on Vancouver Island.
And, the exchange rate makes it even better.
