Goose Barbacoa

    Tried this out the other day and it was amazing.

    Put two goose breasts (1 Goose) into a crock pot and cover with coke.
    Put it on high for 5 hours and put the lid on.

    After it's cooked shread the meat.
    remove 1/2 of the remaining coke.

    Add 1 cup salsa of your choice
    Add 1/2 cup brown sugar.
    simmer for 30-40 min.

    Serve in Burrito's, on salads, on sandwiches etc. . . We made this up while hunting with a guide. Ate Burrito's that night and made sandwiches for the blind the next morning.

    This is awesome. Tastes great.
