Have a couple goose breasts in the freezer from last week. I just rinsed em and threw em in a Ziploc bag and put an in the freezer. Was thinking about trying to make some sort of a chili with em....I normally soak my ducks in milk for a couple of days before doing anything with them but haven't done anything with these geese yet....anyone have any ideas or recipes they'd like to share?

I like to make goose breast roast.
Season and flower whole goose breasts then sear both sides in a frying pan. Throw in a crock pot with a couple packs of onion soup mix. Fill with water and then go to work. When you get home throw in your choice of vegetables for an hour then eat.

    Chili is very good.
Just use any good recipe and sub in goose.
    I don’t grind mine, though
Soak em in water until liquid is clear and cut up into 3/4 inch cubes :)
