Goose Hunting Video I Shot

    here is a goose hunting video I shot from last weekend. I have been spending more time filming this year than I have hunting and it has been a fun project.

    I was up in your neck of the woods a couple of weeks ago.

    We were set up on a pond near a field that must have had 3,000 honkers feeding in it. Those damn birds never left the field to head to the water. 4 guns ended up with about a dozen.

    Very nice thanks for sharing..im interested in how the pit lids were made if you have time could you explain them to me..thanks

    Thanks guys... Jon they are simply plywood tops with a hing. Nothing overly fancy. Personally I hate plywood tops as you can't see much. I used to use burlap and staple to 1x2. The plywood top does camo up a bit easier though.

    Thanks I am leaning towards canvas tarps, too. I like seeing the different type of pit lids people use

    Canvas might work well. Like I said I hate the wood solid tops. They do work though.
