goose loads

    I use 2 shot during early and regular season,and BBB for late season. All 3 inch

    We use non-toxic 00 Buck for our 20 pound Giants.

    T shot for the "regular" ones. :cool:

    In the early season i will shoot the 20 gauge then switch to 3 inch 2's latter in the year out of the 12 gauge. i remember one cold mourning hunt the shot was bouncing off the birds legs casue they were darn near frozen at 15 yards sounds impossible but when we dumped the birds we found birds with shot barely stuck in the legs of the birds.

    I will go to 2 3/4 # 4 Hevi-Shot late in the season when the birds can be harder to finish.It smokes em over decoys out of a Wad Wizard Swat 12 choke tube.

    The last few weeks of season is when our hunting is the best so every shot counts to get out of the field in a hurry. 2 3/4 or 3 in #2 Hevi-Shot (Hand loads or Envior-metal)

    3 inch ones early season (Faststeel), after October 3 inch 2's and 4's of Hevi-shot. Hevi is deadly stuff

    3in hevi-shot 2's,1 1/2 oz reloads, I might throw in some 1's late, but not very often
