3.5 inch T shot 1300fps
I start off the season with 12ga 3.5 loads of BBB shot. Late season I switch to 12ga or 10ga 3.5 loads of T shot. I always choke it with a mod tube.
130 gr .270 form 200 yds No really 3 1/2 BB's Remington Sports Steel
have u guys tried those federal heavy high velocity loads yet????
it smokes em,3.5inch BBB all year for geese( most shots were between 40 and 65 yards, and dead when they hit the ground
no need for HEVI im not shootin past 65 either way
I always use bb or bbb all season long and use a full choke.
good ole 3 1/2" inch #2 Remington heavy shot. expensive but im a believer. I also use the tungston too. about the same for me
fast steel RSI reloads, 3 inch in BB or 1 shot
I use Estate 3"#1 shot out of a Rem.1100 full steel choke tube.Stones em out to 45-50yds. for me consistently.Mostly all we get here are Greater&Giant honkers,so the smaller shot gets more penetration w/o the down wadding effect of larger shot.
all year reloads 3.5" 1 1/4oz #B @ 1729fps
