I just had this for supper and it turned out great.

I cut a goose breast into 3 strips and threw it in a crock pot with enough burgandy wine to cover. It cooked about 9 hrs. I pulled out the meat, let it cool and cut it into bite size pieces. Discard the liquid.

I then mixed 8 oz. sour cream, 2 Tbls. flour, 1/2 cup water and 2 tsp. beef boullion. Set aside.

Saute 1/2 cup onion, 1 can Mushrooms and a tsp. minced garlic. When the onion is done, add the meat and the sour cream mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens.

    Serve over noodles. Enjoy!
