...thats what we where today with this weather, according to a St. Louis, Mo. weather forecaster on T.V.
Todays high temp in the St. Louis area?.......71.
I am under the assumption that she doesnt hunt ducks or geese. I dunno, maybe its just me.

I am content not getting anymore birds to come south even though I sympathize with our Southern Zone brothers, but what worries me the most is that the upper midwest wont have enough snow to make a good frost seal which will hold spring runoff & rains creating much needed potholes.

all my buddies we hunt with are going to play a little cow pasture pool (golf) today. If it stays like this I may to buy some cameo shorts and t shirts, I sure don't need this insulated stuff, maybe colder next wk.

Jim: I saw a flock of Snows last Saturday about 40 miles Northeast of you. They were dropping in on a farm one of my friends runs and a few minutes later we heard some shooting.
I guessed the strung-out flock to be some 8 to 10,000.
Did they make it down to you or did they stay too far East?

I was Pheasant hunting a few miles East of I-55.

Dan, we dont typically hold any Snows here at the lake but get a few during duck season. We see em pass overhead, but thats about it. In the spring, we see quite a few in the corn or wheat though.
Remember the invitation to hunt pheasant/ditch parrots is still valid since you are a preffered customer....pm me if interested.
