    Guys,

I have been hearing conflicting reports in regards to some rule changes at the Harsens Island Managed area. Can someone please clarify shell qty and shot size restrictions and the use of motion decoys? I have heard the the shell qty has been raised to something above the 18 that has been in effect for some time now. Not sure about the shot size limitations at all? And I have also heard that ALL motion decoys have been banned, including spinning wing, AND now flappers, be they motorized or manual/wind actuated? I have even heard that pulsating duck butts and hand actuated jerk rigs are no-longer allowed.

I have checked the DNR web site and all of the info I can find either mentions none of this (other than the spinning wing ban), or is from last year ?????

Thanks for any help and or info you can supply.
