Where would be a good place to move in Florida to get a
good amount of bird taxidermy work. I am thinking about
moving down there and wanted to know where would be
    the best place.

If you are talking ducks & Turkeys....

East central..... It is where the most hunting is ( upper st Johns down to lake O and Kissimee chain)

If you had to choose a location/city closest to these areas what
    would it be? Please

Me personally? Are you totally retired or will you need to work also?

It depends on what you want...bigger more metro area?...quiet country living?...what ELSE do you do...Bass fish?...offshore fishing? ...so many variables.

Good question! I try and get out of south Florida every chance I get...had a place on the Big O once, wish that can happen again. Retiring in a couple of years, definitely moving farther north when I can!
