Hide Tanning/Care

    My son has a fox skin & wants to keep it for in his room. Right now the fox is skinned (no meat, bones, etc) & in the refrigerator. Who does this type of stuff & any idea of how much it runs?

    You want "intact fur dressing", I believe they have a price list there as well.

    They are the only people I recommend.

    Ducker, I trap a lot and generally sell the furs. This year, however, the fur prices are down so I think I'm going to tan a few hides myself. I've never tanned anything before but I found several you tube videos on how to do it. It doesn't appear to be too hard to do and it should be relatively cheap. You might want to consider doing it yourself instead of paying an arm and a leg.
