    This reminds me, I need to contact them regarding the failed motor on my duck dunker...
    I worked with Boone to order it, see if they back up their product!

    I'm three calls, two emails and done with this company. I think I could physically go to China and get my missing parts faster.

    It doesn't sound good----but I've had very good service from them for years.

    I'm in Canada and needed replacement parts under warranty. One phone call and they found the replacement parts near me and problem solved in less then a week. They are good, just don't give up during busy season. D

    Talked to two men one woman and I'm a month into it. I returned to cabelas last night. Never thought it could be so hard to get a decoy head.
