same out here... I am now seeing more birds that I was before the snow... more dabblers than normal as well... on Sunday we went glassing the river, and it was amazing the amount of mallards I was seeing, yes on the river. The only issue is that they're all acting like they have been shot at 100s of times and will not decoy for anything.

I chalk it up to human error, I am doing something wrong :)

will update everyone later this morning... the truck is running and about to head to my blind.

it turned out to be a good morning... birds flying all over... not to many coming to the decoys... but then, all I needed was two for my limit. was able to finish the day with my two scoups.

now I got to figure out how to post pictures on this forum.

Nice! With all the dabblers I've seen surprised you didn't sneak a black or mallard as well. Not sure if you're on your phone but on a PC it should be as easy as clicking "Upload a File", selecting your pic, then click "Thumbnail" or "Full Image" Trying now for reference. Last weekends icy haul.

I saw a mallard flying Friday. It was flying high and did not even give my spread a second thought. The weekend was good. Bagged me a couple more bluegill and missed at least 10 or so... I thought my aim was good, guess I need to practice more.

I use an Android tablet. But I figured it out. This is my new spread which now seems to be working good.

Yep we kill a fair number of blokes and millers. Hope they keep flying. We also see some garwells and westons on good days.

Just poking at you. Autocorrect is a beotch

His post was referring to your grammar. It's a Scaup, not "scoups" as you mentioned in your first post. Just some good ol' "messing with the rookie"... sort of.
