What are you guys using for stakes? Also, does it make sense to try to cut them all perpendicular to the ribs of the plastic (i.e. if using a stake that goes through the decoy). I plan on making a bunch with some election signs I have.
Fwiw, I've made a bunch of crows out of the same signs I will be using and bought some fencing wire to run through the ribs. Works okay but they're also single stakes and I dont anticipate that working too well on something as large as a goose silo.

Most say to run the stake parallel to the ribs in the plastic so you can glue the stake in. I've done it both ways and IMO parallel is better.

BB, sorry that is what I meant. Cut the decoy perpendicular so the stake runs parallel with (and in the ribs already made in the plastic). I'll have to look those up Joe. Thank you.
