We banged a few mallards in a creek within eye sight of the Choptank. A little upriver from Cambridge. There seemed to be a lot of geese flying. Hopefully this cold front will help us out a little for next week.

    Yes it's tough.
First split you have early muzzle loader, second split ,you have rut. Decisions, decisions...
This Friday it will be duck in the morning. Deer in the afternoon.
Goose on Saturday morning and we will see form there.
I am getting a lab next month so I need to get some wings and smaller ducks for training.

I saw my first big flocks today over here.
A lot of birds. Usually don't see this many this early around here.

Went yesterday. Saw some gaddies and wigeon, not great numbers but enough to know they are around. We didn't pull the trigger though, which as not cool.
