How do you get the duck taste out of duck!!??

    second. try this lite soy sauce and stirfry sauce works great

    Soak in ice water for 48 hours,changing water after 24.then soak in buttermilk for 4-8 hours.Bake or grill. Do not overcook

    I just tried something new this weekend. Cook the ducks/goose in a slow cooker and cover the meat with coffee. Then drain off the liquid, shred/chop the meat, add BBQ sauce and reheat until hot. Sounds strange,works great.

    You guys saying I should eat more chicken are about ignorant.

    I like ALL my meat well done, I think I've figured out the problem. Thanks to those who helped.

    Take 4-5 Jalapenos and milk in a blender...

    A buddy that I met on RF actually taught me this and they turn out awesome... marinade in that mixture for 2 hours to as many days as you like
