I have been out six time and have only killed seven birds this year. Slowest year of my life. Good influx early in the season but slow lately. With the El Ni?o the warm weather is supposed to stay through January. Looks like the best hunting will be after the season:confused:

Went out tonight, did not fire a shot again.
I have hunted this spot for years and this is by far the worst year in the past 20>

Well I've only been out three times and it's been good all three.
I've seen an influx of wigeon this week and some geese but not enough to target.

I'm going to hit it in the morning to see if I can get the dog some work.

Another horrible day. Hunted the river and not a shot fired. This is crazy, no ducks in Arizona , at least along the river.

    Dang Tim that sucks.

It's been slow for sure. Only got one toll of birds into the spread. Now if my hunting partner and I would stop shooting the same drakes we might get more than a few birds.:^)

Hopefully it picks up for you on the river with all the storms in Nor Cal
