Of 2doz bluebills, 1d rings, 6cans and 1d redheads, how many would you do as singles and how many long lines?

I think I was running two long lines with about 10 blocks apiece per line then the rest of that singles. I just grabbed the dozen redheads and wasn't sure if I wanted them on a line

I'd run them all on long lines and add a half dozen drake buffleheads or goldeneyes on singles off to the side. Unless you are really targeting divers on big water, a rig that size on long lines will draw birds just fine.

Might be 3', might be 35'. Might go from 3 to 35 as well.

Big rivers and big lakes. Ohio, miss, ky and Barkley.

If you're hunting that deep, heck with singles. I'd rig them all on longlines.

Deep end of the long line might be in 35. Lines on my single rigged blocks is no more than 25' I think.

I bought two more long line kits so I can rig them all the same way and can mix my redheads and bluebills on the same line if I'm inclined. I'll just leave my singles as is.

i usually run all long lines as well, 4 lines mostly with about 55-60 decoys.
sometimes i will put 4 buffy singles to the side.
