Looking at trying our luck this fall.
Looking for general advice on what to expect for cover is there vegetation in the bay or only shoreline?
Can PM me if you don’t want to post.
    Thanks in advance

Looking for anything special or just to hunt somewhere different? I live close to it but haven’t hunted it in years. It can provide a good mixed bag hunt. Google earth will give a good idea of cover available.

LOW hunting isn’t what it had been in the past. Just don’t get the bills like we use to. Bring a fishing pole because the river can be hot in the fall.

    Mainly looking for something different
The DNR drew down my favorite local lake and really limited in places to go around here.
Mixed bag would be fun although I was hoping for some good ‘bill shooting.
We are staying at Wigwam Resort.
Do most people hunt the river mouth?
Google Earth makes it look like there is a good deal of cover around the point so may give that a try.
Thanks for the tip on fishing too.
