Madison (tiniest golden I've ever come across, < 50lbs) retrieved her first multi-person limit of ducks yesterday.

Any good tips on keeping her warm for a cold morning of long retrieves in sub 40-degree water?

May be the last duck season for my oldest lab (13 next spring).

I typically layout in one sled, have the lab back in the willows in a
second sled. I like sleds to carry in my decoys/gear (a long hike)
and then I layout in one sled and my lab is back behind me in the
willows, watching the action. I often send her for retrieves once the
    action slows down.
