Finally got back to it. Cut the stems, rub rail and coamings. It will go together in the next session.
That's looking sweet
Made some pretty good progress on my new 12 footer this weekend. Putting 1 layer of 7.5 on the inside 2 layers on the outside. Planning on building a mud motor for it using a 13 horse I acquired so building it stout.
Even put some 1x2 stringers in.
Cold Feet - she is beautiful! That's a work of art.
Lokdup - looking great!
Looks like Photobucket has put a hurting on this thread. The new readers get to look at photobucket removing photos, wanting us to pay to go thru ads and such, just to post photos on other websites.
POSTIMAGE is an alternative to paying $400 a year to photobucket.
I just wanted you to know that there is an alternative.
Starting to take a little more shape now. Hopefully by next weekend will have the outside fiberglassed.
Just used my 9 foot nl this past weekend and it's just amazing what these little boats will do. Had 3 people and full cooler going up river with 55lbs trolling motor and battery. Wouldn't advise that in 30 degree weather and we were only in 3-4' of water.
Thanks alot missed again
lokdup --good lookingbuild.
Cold Feet -- nice looking build!
I have not been on the site/thread for quite a while, and there has been quite a change from a year or so ago. It would be nice to see more of the small boats that others have been working on. I am sure there are quite a few of them.
