I am going to install the grey stuff. What should I use to install, glue or self backing. Anything else that I should consider? Thanks!

I've got the grey self backing type, I think its worth spending the extra money on the adhesive backing if your going to spend the money on the Hydroturf and spend the time to make it look nice.

I read that once you stick the self adhesive you can’t adjust it. This is on the install

That IS the contact cement. Roll it or spray it, your preference

I used the diamond B stock seconds in my boat with no problems. Some go with the fancier stuff, but blood, mud and such cover all that up anyhow.
