Early teal opener was this past weekend and I cooked up some teal tonight for dinner. Cooked em up in the skillet with butter to 130 degrees. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Ate the first one and it was so good. Started in on the next and all of a sudden I just couldn't stomach it anymore. Couldn't take another bite. It is not because I don't like the taste, but for some reason I just can't eat duck. Maybe I need to find a different way to cook them but it seems anymore the only way I can eat duck is when it is roasted. Im sure this has been discussed before, but I need a quick and easy way to prepare duck that I can actually eat.
