    I'm hardly a buff myself but try opening the picture in your photo album, click on the URL box which should copy it, then come back here and paste it in your reply. The actual picture should then appear as opposed to the link.

    Shoot. It's Photobucket. Not sure if they changed it up. It's volunteer Jap millet. Too early. Wouldn't you spray the crap out of it? Rain coming next week.

    Maybe get barnyard or something better? Thoughts. Didn't know it volunteered.

    Jap millet volunteers readily. And from a legal standpoint you can mow volunteer millet. However, as you mentioned it"s way too early for it as a final crop in that it will seed, and then be off the plant in no time. Add to the fact that volunteer jm produces less and less each time it volunteers. Probably better off to plant it sometime in August, 45-60 day maturation period, or manage for barnyard grass which is not like the target jm is for blackbirds.

    BTW, photobucket changed up their stuff awhile back, which caused us older fogies opposed to change a mild myocardial infarction. Your assessment is correct...:h
