Obviously it depends on your area, but most of central flyway consists of all the species...
    BUT
If you had to choose one only what would it be...

    SNOWS (whites)
    or
    CANADAS (darks and specs)

Both have their benefits, just curious on everyone else.

You're right, both have there benefits. I vote for snows for the spectacle that 1000's of them can present and the fact that the limits are higher.

Well for pure shooting I have to say snow geese and we had a few good hunts this season so far, and I hope for at least one more good snow shoot to go. Early season we hammer the dark geese for the first couple of weeks, so it is more a timing thing for us, and we are lucky enough to hunt both types of geese, as well as just about any species of ducks as well.

There is nothing more rewarding than shooting adult snows/Blues. I would sooner shot 10 of them than 20 juvenile birds. Killing big eagle heads for me is like shooting a huge elk, or whitetail. Late season canada geese can be challenging to after they have seen hundreds of spreads.
Nothing adds up to watching a bunch of eagle heads locked up just out in front of your spread. Maybe when I am a bit older I will chase another species when the appeal of setting up 400 - 500 windsocks and the rest of the gear finally wears off. But for now Blues and Snows get my vote.

If I had my choice, I would hunt Giants. Snows would be a close second, with cacklers coming in just in front of ducks.

Specks, all day long. One of the better eating birds out there.
