What would it be? I don't mean worm vs spinnerbaits, let's get specific. What's your most versatile lure?

For me it'd be a watermelon/red Zoom trick worm; very rare that I don't have one tied on in way or another.

1/2 oz Chartreuse Rattletrap. I have caught nearly every species of fresh and saltwater fish you can imagine on one...

For years my go to bait is a Yozuri Arms shallow diving crank n dive bait in green shad. I've caught literally hundreds (maybe thousands) of bass with them. Fortunately, a few years ago I bought several of them as they have since been discontinued. For a garden variety off the shelf bait though, its also hard to beat either a Pop-R on top or a Senko (maybe a Yum Dinger too) down under.

Zoom baby brush hog in watermelon with Chartreuse tail. It's in my hand 80% of the time I'm on the boat.
