    I like that definition.

    No problem with those quotes.

If they believe that jesus was the son of god then by definition they are christians.

I don't get to decide if they are christians... They are christians by definition. They believe jesus was the son of god. That makes them christians.

Okie, you say that you get to decide what church is christian, I don't think you do have that right.
If you want to call it a standoff... That's ok.

If they 'believed' that, then they wouldn't willfully, continually do what they do. Belief as described in the Bible is far different than making a statment 'I believe Jesus is the son of God'. But I don't expect you to know that. You know very little about the Bible, which would be fine if you didn't try to act like you did.

So, your position has now evolved to: you don't get to decide but by definition they are?

I can see why you want out of this.

    If I were you I would too.:l

Still workin' on that list of "lots"?

Can't you see that "what they do" is part of their faith?

I'm not saying they shouldn't be held accountable for their crimes.

I'm just telling you that they are practicing their religion.
    Of course they believe.

And I'm telling you (you should like this) that by definition their 'religion' isn't Christian.

Where's the list of "lots" of Christian (not religious, Christian) cults that are accepted?

One can start a rape religion tomorrow and have weekly rapes. They'd be practicing their "religion", they'd be doing what they "believe" and there would be not one thing "Christian" about it. Them claiming to believe that Jesus is God's son wouldn't change that one bit.

You obviously have serious Christian issues and your posts show such. Please, continue.

    Get me that list anytime.:tu

    Hey, are cops a cult?:l

Along those lines, you might enjoy this gem from Joe on another thread.

His error, given his other thoughts, is quite comical if you ask me:

Is that a 'christian cult with acceptance' to go on the list?

For review, among the "lots" of such we have the following:

    1. The FBI most wanted Amish
    2. Wackjobs who have kids with kids

No, the website didn't run out of bandwith, that's the list of "lots" in its entirety.
