46% don't pay taxes so can we really believe the polls when they have no "skin" in the game?

Polls suckk. Anyone can have a poll skewed in their favor if they`ve got the money.

    Polling 101:
    • First step in political polling is to define the desired outcome.
    • Next step is craft poll content to support the defined outcome.
    • After accumulating the "data", create a dog and pony show.
The media will take care of the rest.

Unless the poll comes to a conclusion you agree with.

The Employer pays a % of the payroll tax and the employee pays a % of the payroll tax of the employees taxable income - Social Security and Medicare taxes are matched by the employer.

Then once the employee reaches retirement age - they get to file for Social Security and Medicare benefits that they paid in through their taxable income.

For many in the bottom 46% of Federal Income Tax filers - Social Security and Medicare taxes are the only skin in the game that they have.

For many in the bottom 46% of Federal Income Tax filers - Social Security and Medicare taxes are the only skin in the game that they have thru Payroll Taxes. And half of that was paid in by their employer thru the Payroll Tax.

The current Payroll Taxes are 6.2% for SS and 1.45% for Medicare. And that 6.2% for SS and 1.45% is matched by the employer...

Sorry, if there were 0 polls taken for the rest of my life, I`d be just fine with it.

The "left" is a cancer on society. They have and will destroy everything they touch. Notice I did not say liberal. Big difference between liberal and "left".
