Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Oh how so many have let this verse fall to the ground unanswered. Jesus died for us to know him. Today so many are infants in the faith. Especially men. They're leading their family on a course to hell. Ask a Christian how Christ changed his life and he can not do it without pointing to the Word! How you may ask? The promise of our Risen Lord Jesus! The Holy Spirit. He lives in all that have been redeemed. He is God. He teaches, corrects, councels and comforts Christians. He is the Spirit of Truth. Jesus Christ is Truth. John 14:6
Why do so many fall on their face when it comes to Scripture? They don't read with submission to the will of God.
Think of it like this. A man has a vision from God. He speaks truth and gains many followers. Writes a few books and commits his life to piety. Nothing wrong right? It must be tested. Only the Truth will reveal what is false. Paul said "Let God be True and every man a liar" Powerful words! This Easter we have to ask for truth. Does your theology need more than God's word? More than one book? More than one Redeemer? I urge all of you to get in the Word of God. So much bad teaching today. Stealing food from a baby is much different than a grown man. There's no question as to who is stealing. We need mature men today in the Church.
