How many of you noticed that the "smartest woman in America" was in Selma Alabama this weekend?

But did you see who she brought with her?

She broke out the big dog........ Bill Clinton, the first black president of the USA.

Here we are 1 year and 8 months before the 2008 Federal Elections and she has to call in the "first team".....

Ya gotta know that she wasn't wanting to do that until after the first of the year (year 2008, that is)

You haven't been around much have you. That is one of the nicer comments.

Those are Bill Clinton's very own words.... ok... not "his" words, but here is the source:

author Toni Morrison in 1998 called Clinton "the first Black president," saying "Clinton displays almost every trope of blackness: single-parent household, born poor, working-class, saxophone-playing, McDonald's-and-junk-food-loving boy from Arkansas," and, despite his career accomplishments, comparing Clinton's scrutinized sex life to the stereotyping and double standards that blacks typically endure.

Morrison, Toni (October 1998). Clinton as the first black president. The New Yorker. Retrieved on 2006-12-01.

Duckhunter, I'll assume you don't know. But our impartial unbiased mod Lance should know very well that Clinton as the first black president is an "affectionate" term christened by the left and the black community as a praiseworthy moniker rather than an insult, due to their view of his policies helping the black community.
But there's little surprise here. From the left or from Lance.:tu
