I am looking for a chemical agent that will quicken the speed of wood decay. 2x4 and plywood specifically. Seems there is a tresspasser on family ground and I want to remove their deer stand without "stealing" it.

There is some stuff they sell for accelerating rot in stumps.

Place peanut butter at certain hinge points, and let the fury creatures do some chewing!;)

In many states, if you are truly dealing with a trespasser, you cannot "steal" it; you now own it.

Call a game warden, or a cop. If you set it up as a trap and he dies, and the post here is discovered -- it is called murder.

Alternative -- set up one of those game cams.

If it's on your property, just tear it down. Leave the pile of wood at the scene with a "No Trespassing" sign on top of it.

NC said it best. Leave it in a pile at the bottom of the tree.

If it's untreated plywood, get a porky near it and it'll eat the sucker in about 60 days.
