    My cousin had one he trained to retrieve dove. Funny as hell watching him spring over the picked corn rows.:yes

    I wonder if it delivered to hand or just ran off after it got out of the water and chewed it all up and then buried it.

    I was on a guided hunt a few years back and the guide told me he was bringing a special surprise. The next morning it turned out to be his Jack Russell that he had trained to retrieve. He then proceeded to tell us when he retrieves a duck he has to run down to the bank before the dog gets out or he will chew our birds up. We hunted that first morning and kept having birds flair. Looked outside the blind and the dog was on the bank rolling on a dead carp the whole time.......I prefer my Boykin :)
