What would you do if you hunted with a guy for the first time. During this hunt he stands up and drops a GBH laughs and sits down. He does not go pick it up or show any remorse for the kill. You are in his boat way down river and are a guest of a guest. What do you do?

I wouldn't be hunting with him anymore. Did you explain that was illegal?

I'm sure the baby woodies will be thankful this summer. Tn. F&G determined a direct correlation in the decrease in wood duck broods on Reelfoot to the increase in GBH populations. Apparently, they have a strong fondness for fledgling woodies.
    Sooooo, what did you do?

What can you do? I guess I would have said, "Hell of a shot there Outlaw." Then maybe tried to brace the GBH up on a stick for a confidence decoy...

I used to take "Newbies" hunting each year on the opener, or at least it seemed that way for several years. Anyway I had a couple of blinds built in the Murphy Hill area and I couldn't hunt both of them, so I stuck the new guys in one together while I hunted with my father in law. Well it sounded like Iraqis fighting off F-15s all morning long at that blind. I took my father in law back to the ramp after the hunt and went to pick them up. When I got there they had several species on the water when I arrived. A GBH, several sea gulls, a commorant and several species of ducks, including a blue wing in December. I gave them a piece of my mind, but I still had to haul them back across the river. Only one of them showed any remorse for their ignorance, and I hunted with him regularly until he became a back slider and went back to deer hunting.

I put it on the internet to expose the POS. I was not hunting with the jerk. But my undercover Game warden buddy was. He told the guy he was a lawyer from Decatur:l Charges are pending. Its not the only thing they have this guy nailed for this year.
