How many Mallards was Lake Lowell holding back in the mid-70's. I seem to recall reading something like 20,000 Mallards in the Idaho Statesman back then. How many has it held in recent years? Would that info be easily available somewhere?

Clearly a typo. The entire population of mallards isn't 3-500,000,000!!! Now I doubt that Lake Lowell held even 3-500,000 but I could be wrong.
