Yes I moved. Not a moment too early.
I think build a wall and let you all exterminate yourselves.
It's funny the liberals fight everywhere to eliminate dams for this very reason, except in California. Ironic.
From the other water thread, but might be more appropriate here:
While this loss at Thermalito is tragic, Anna Kastner and her CDFW crew at Feather River probably saved the entire years spring and fall run production during the spillway debacle. An event likely caused by the Department of Water Resources cutting corners on maintaining their facility. The question that should be asked is "Is this another disaster caused by DWR not conducting needed maintenance so as not to spend money their water users should be paying as a reasonable cost of that water?".
Guilty until proven innocent.
As you would say Mitch, "Ya think"
Even the folks hand picked by by the DWR to determine the causes for the spillway failure think the DWR is incompetent.
It is important to understand that not all of the factors listed above may eventually be judged to have significantly contributed to the actual damages to the spillways, after all facts and as-constructed conditions are collected and fully evaluated. However, these factors should be considered and addressed in the ongoing new design and construction.
Cracks me up that their "panel of experts" (after their exhaustive and expensive investigations) came to the same conclusions many of us did on the first day...
It is also important to understand that your former employer, sponge of the citizens of California's tax dollars neglected to notice any deficiencies in the 60 years that this spillway has been in place. This is negligence of the highest degree. Your defense of DWR is reprehensible, and all posts by you on this subject should be taken at face value.....in other words, you #boobsack are full of ****
Is boobsack a technical term?
