Anyone know of a place on the interstate between Chicago and Nodak that has this stuff?

I remember some truck stops that had home made this and that, but don't remember the sausage.

I'm going in mid-September and want to pick up some on the way for the trip.

    Thanks,

    3ds

Every fall I take 15 lbs of duck and goose breasts into a local sausage maker. He mixes my another 15 lbs of beef or pork to my duck and I end up with about 150 Landjaeger links. He can make them hot by adding red pepper flakes. I think my cost was right at $3.90 a lb. Great blind food. I vacuum seal them 2 to 3 to a package. Dang things look like a, well you know if you've eaten them.
